LA.IDEA|DC Spring Social at Ferguson
On Thursday, April 4th, 2019. Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting hosted LA IDEA DC at their showroom in Washington DC for the first kickoff Networking event of the year.
The evening started with a happy hour and networking in which the guests were able to tour the Ferguson Showroom while enjoying hors d'oeuvre and drinks. During the first hour of the event guest were able to connect with other professionals from the Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Marketing & Sales industry.
LA IDEA DC Networking Adviser, Laura Ydrobo, on behalf of the committee, started the event by introducing the committee. Megan Gillis, Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Branch Manager, welcomed the attendees to the showroom and the program continued with a presentation from Suzanne Brady, Brasstech Northeast Regional Sales Manager.
Suzanne introduced Newport Brass and share their principles of sustainability as they strive to deliver the highest quality products. Solid brass construction is the hallmark of Newport Brass & Ginger products. The Newport brass team gave us an educational presentation of how the products are manufactured, carefully hand polished, and quality inspected prior to shipment. Attendees were able to see finishes samples.
The evening ended with the Newport Brass team surprising the attendees with an amazing Faucet raffle giveaway. Congratulations to the lucky winner!
